Accompagnant une amie pour une location suite un dpannage pris en charge par l'assurance, arrive l'agence, pas de vhicule, incomptence de l'assurance, Caroline et Paul ce sont dmener pour trouver un vhicule en moins d'une heure.Merci eux deux qui ont t au top alors que le contrat est pass sur l'agence de Carros.Un service que l'on aimerais voir partout.Encore merci eux !

We rented the car from Avignon TGV and returned it at this Gare de Nice location. It's located on a rather narrow one-way street. Instead of blocking the traffic, we drove the car down to the garage and headed up to see the agent. The agents at the location were all very friendly. One went down to the garage with us to check the car. She was indeed VERY thorough. She found a black mark (scratch) on the front right side of the car. I seriously could not see it with the deemed lights in the garage. Luckily I took a video upon picking up the car. The video was taken in day light and did show the mark. The agent asked me to snap the picture and email it to her. She showed it to other agents and confirmed that we are good. Lesson learned - take a very good video around the car in day light upon picking up the car!!!
This place is great. Excellent customer service from Pauline and her coworkers. Everyone was friendly and responsive. And the car was less than half the price of the other rental companies. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again.
